 First and Third periods only: Early Dismissal
Do Now: Prepare for Laptops. Today we are finishing our "adopted character " project.
You will have three paragraphs and an image downloaded from the Internet.
Continue with your project on Word or Google Docs.

1. You will need the three paragraphs from your rough draft:

•  Introduce your character by providing direct and indirect characterization.
•  Discuss what motivates your character and give examples from the play.
•  Discuss the internal and external conflict your character faces. Be sure to give examples.

2.  Include at least one image from the Internet of your character and possibly his/her "friends".
 3. Extra Credit Opportunity ( 50 points):
Include a brief social history of the Puritan Era.
