Do Now: If you were giving a rent party, what would your invitation, flier, poster look like. Make a quick sketch.

Today's task:
Design a poster or flier advertising a rent part you plan to give in Harlem during the 1930's,
Your party must include:
1. The time and specific place ( a real address from Harlem )
2. The cost
3. A celebrity guest list - including an artist, a musician, and an author with a sample of each of their works.
We will add additional parts to the party next week.
Plan your party by opening a word document, PowerPoint or a document from Microsoft Project Gallery. Get started. Have fun!
Homework: Submit a rough draft of the body of you research paper Tuesday! I will grade it during class and give you suggestions.
