DO NOW: Look at your Declaration of Independence.
1. Do you have five grievances?
2. Have you explained why these grievances are a violation of your right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness?
3. Do you have an ethical appeal?
4. Do you have logical appeals? Evidence?
5. Have you appealed to emotion? Loaded words? used verbal emotional pictures or images?
If the answer is yes to all of these, you are ready for your lap top.
If not, keep working until your rough draft is complete.
Lap Top Directions:
1. Open a Word document and type your declaration.
2. Take your photo. Open Photo Booth, take your photo and copy it to your document.
3. Include additional images that make your point. (Google images)
